Summit Restaurant - Sydney - Opens Private Dining Room 

Salon Privé by Champagne Taittinger is the latest addition to the Summit Restaurant, presenting the epitome of first class private dining.

A collaboration between chef/owner Michael Moore and renowned New York designer, Thomas Bucich, Salon Privé has been cleverly designed to provide absolute privacy whilst showcasing the breathtaking 360 degree views of the entire city and harbour.

Features such as silver leaf walls delicately applied by hand, compliment glowing panels and lush gold mohair, giving the room a luxurious and elegant feel.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a glass of Taittinger Champagne in the lounge area whilst taking in the stunning views, before moving into the main dining room. Accommodating up to 30 seated guests or 45 standing, Salon Privé is perfect for any intimate occasion.

Chef Michael Moore has created bespoke menus, blending an inspired range of top quality produce with the international flair one can expect from a first class dining experience.

Now twenty six years into a career spanning two continents, Michael has owned and managed numerous top restaurants both in London and Sydney including; The Ritz Hotel London, Kables, Craignend, The Bluebird London, Bennelong, Pruniers, Bonne Femme & Wildfire.
