The owner is open to rental to an approved tentant of this delightful apartment/condominium on a minium of three months up until a one year term with a month by month option thereafter.

Ready to move in - fully furnished, including fully equiped kitchen, washing machine & drier, telephone, fast speed wifi & cable interne, True Vission statellite TV service and daily maid service aviable for a small additional monthly fee.

Rental Cost

Monthly rental cost of THB 43,000

Conditions

The equaliant of six weeks rent must be paid on signing of the rental agreement as a bond (Refundable on termination, subject to the property being in the same condition.)

Rental must be pre paid one month in advance byway of bank direct credit.

One month termination notice period is required by either party.

Tentant must allow inspection by owner at any time with a 24 hour notice being given.
