Ganache Chocolate comes to town!

Ganache Chocolate is proud to announce that they will open a Ganache Chocolate Lounge in Collins Street in late 2010 that will offer the widest range of handmade chocolate products in Melbourne.
The exact location is still a closely guarded secret but it will be very central and will give Ganache Chocolate a city base for their customers to be able to purchase their exquisite handmade European style chocolates.

“Our customers have been asking when we are going to be in the city ever since we opened our South Yarra lounge in April 2008 and we are very happy to be able to confirm that it will be this year, said Arno Backes, Master Chocolatier and owner of Ganache Chocolate.

The new lounge will have a classic European style, similar to the South Yarra lounge, and will offer customers a premium chocolate experience.

The main focus will be the stunning displays of beautifully handcrafted pralines made with the finest couverture chocolate as well as the extensive product range including decadent chocolate bars, gift wrapped chocolate figures and speciality hot chocolate.

The Ganache Patisserie will showcase Arno’s superb macarons and artisan gateaux that are all handmade at the South Yarra store.

“Every product will still be created by hand using traditional methods from my kitchen above the South Yarra chocolate lounge and we will deliver daily to the city location.

“We will also be launching a new range of single origin chocolates when we open the new store and new boutique desserts.

“I am very passionate about chocolate and love sharing my knowledge and Melbournians know quality chocolate so we are looking forward to giving them the ‘Ganache Chocolate experience’ in the city,” said Arno.
