Gordon Ramsay's Head Sommelier, Jean-Marie, hosts a 5 course degustation dinner at Mollies in conjunction with Gem Wines.
Jean Marie's passion comes from childhood where his father wouldn't have a meal without a glass of wine. The table always held an important place in his life. For him, behind every label there is a story, a civilisation and rituals. After a few years as an assistant at Le Manoir and later in charge of the wine service at the Three Michelin Star Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Chelsea, he is now touring the world of wine making.
